600 hundred dollar doc fee

i recently had a run in with this dealership in nashville tennessee. i spent 2 hours dealing with 2 sales people and 2 managers. when we finally made the deal, they said there was a 600 documentation fee. There is no way i would ever pay that. they totally wasted my time and tried all kinds of tactics to get my social security number and ask me to trade on payments only. very shady people please post your experiences.
