600 hundred dollar doc fee
i recently had a run in with this dealership in nashville tennessee. i spent 2 hours dealing with 2 sales people and 2 managers. when we finally made the deal, they said there was a 600 documentation fee. There is no way i would ever pay that. they totally wasted my time and tried all kinds of tactics to get my social security number and ask me to trade on payments only. very shady people please post your experiences.

i agree. they wanted to give me 7 thousand for my car. i traded with nelson mazda for 10 thousand and their fee to trade was 20o dollars
i dont like carmax either. they wee going to give me nothing for my 2 year old mustang
they ripped off my daughter really bad. we found out that they sell cars that have been flooded and do not give out that free car report. do not buy from them period. linda
